EARLY LIFE

AIR FORCE
Military Discipline and Skill: Logan's natural affinity for flying, honed through years of watching and flying with her father, gave her a head start in the United States Air Force. Her determination to become a combat pilot wasn't just about skill but also about proving herself in a male-dominated field. This drive earned her the respect of her peers, but it also meant she was harder on herself, striving for perfection.Combat Experience: Flying A-10 Warthogs in active warzones meant that Logan had seen the worst of war. She's participated in missions that required precision and nerves of steel, and she developed a reputation as someone who could be counted on in high-stakes situations. However, these experiences also left their mark on her, contributing to a complex mix of pride in her service and the weight of the things she's seen.
POST-WAR
Injury and Discharge: While providing close air support, Logan's aircraft was shot down in the active warzone. Though she managed to survive the situation, she had sustained an injury that would require an undisclosed amount of time to heal. She was discharged from service, and returned home as a war hero.Struggles with Civilian Life: Transitioning to civilian life was a difficult adjustment for her. The injury that led to her discharge wasn't just physical but also represented a loss of identity. She struggled to find purpose outside the military, and the camaraderie she had in the service was sorely missed. This period of her life was marked by frustration, depression, and a search for meaning.Joining the Kortac: The move to a Private Military Company was driven by her need to find a sense of belonging and purpose again. In Kortac, Logan found a place where her skills were valued, and the work provided the adrenaline rush she missed. She had joined with some reservations about the morally gray areas but eventually rationalized them as necessary evils.
SHADOW COMPANY
Loyalty to Phillip Graves and Shadow Company: Logan's loyalty to Shadow Company stems from the camaraderie she found there, akin to what she had in the military. Graves' leadership style and the company's mission align with her belief that sometimes, to get the job done, you have to operate outside the lines. However, her loyalty is tested following the events that transpired in Las Almas. Although she has reservations about the decisions made, she remains with the company because it’s where she feels she belongs, and her loyalty to Commander Graves goes unquestioned.Moral Ambiguity: Logan's experience with Shadow Company has deepened her understanding of the world’s complexities. She’s not naive about the company’s darker operations but sees herself as a pragmatist, believing that in war, there are no clean hands. More often than not, the military has their hands tied with ribbons of technicalities, and it is the PMCs that eagerly straddle that line of what's wrong and what's right, just to get shit done.
